Misty Evans was an author I never read until I did a review of her book with her friend and mine Adrienne Giordano. After that I had her on the blog again for the first of her Shadow Force novels. Now, I’m happy to review the arc I read of her latest Shadow Force International series.
Misty’s definition of Shadow Force International: A group of former SEALs, abandoned by the United States and labeled as rogue operatives, who now work as a black ops team performing private intelligence, security and paramilitary missions for those who have nowhere else to turn.
They use the disguise of Rock Star International a body guard company to handle the covert missions.
First I am loving this series. It’s fast moving, action packed, and Misty draws you into the story. You are there with Jax and Ruby. Follow their adventures.
You can read the information about the book below. I want to say I was drawn in, no sucked in deep into this story. Jax, Ruby and the other characters leaped off the page to life for me. A solid well written story line, well developed strong characters.
Oh and there’s the tiny thing you get to vote for at the end.
Jax’s boss, Beatrice is pregnant. Will it be a boy or a girl. You have to read the book then vote at the end to find out what the sex will be when it’s born. Beatrice keeps her fingers in the work of her operatives. She supports and assists them.
I’m give Fatal Courage a five star review.
